SHIPPING POLICY

 

  • Customers may return product, whether defective or for other reasons, within 30 days of receipt of their product.
  • The non-defective product must be unworn and in a resalable condition.
  • Customers may request a refund or exchange product that is priced at the same value on our website. To do this, contact Bene Boutique by emailing info@beneboutique.com.  Please include your name, order number and what items you would like to exchange or return.
  • For returning and/or exchanging product that is defective, Bene Boutique will email a return label that comes at no cost in the continental US to the customer and can be adhered to the box the product is being returned in. Bene Boutique does not cover return and shipping costs to Alaska or Hawaii.
  • Please be aware that any product that a customer exchanges after the first exchange will be at the customer's shipping expense. 
  • For returning and/or exchanging a product the original shipping fee will not be refunded, however, any costs to return and/or exchange the product are covered by Bene Boutique. Bene Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Bene Boutique is not liable to match sale price should a sale occur after original purchase.
